Favorites 2.0 – Your Most Used Zyncro Entries Are Just a Click Away

As we make greater use of the Zyncro platform, we accumulate countless work groups, departments, files, contacts and messages. Thus, we run the risk of losing sight of the elements we use the most in our everyday work, the ones we access most frequently or the ones that are the most necessary to remember, either at a punctual point in time or over a given period of time.
Therefore, we are convinced that by providing the possibility to personalize the entries will expedite access to tools and improve productivity.
With this ZyncroApp you will be able to mark the people, groups, departments, messages or files that you frequently use, or are the most relevant, to later gain access to in a rapid manner from the top menu of your Zyncro.
Favorites 2.0 is the tool that allows you to have your most used entries in your Zyncro Enterprise with just a click of the mouse.
How do you use Favorites?
In the first place, the Administrator must authorize the application from the Administration Panel.
From this moment, when you access your group or department list, you will have the option to mark it as a favorite by clicking on the star located on the icon/actions list at the right of the screen. By changing the color from white to orange, it is stored as a favorite.
You can also mark as a favorite your contacts, files and any message published on the wall of your Enterprise Social Network. Once marked as a favorite, access to them can be made from the star that appears next to the notifications icon in the upper section of the screen, in the top menu options on the right hand side.
And if in the future you don’t want to have this quick access to an element, you just have to go back and mark the star to remove it from your favorites.
Thanks to this ZyncroApp, management of your information will be more and more effective. You no longer have to remember which group had a document, the name of that interesting contact you discovered in your network, nor lose time in finding a specific message among all of the messages people have sent you.
