    When an employee joins a company, one of the most important aspects of the first few days on the job is to understand the structure of the company of which he/she is now a part of. Having an accessible organization chart that reflects the organization by your company’s departments, the individuals who form part of the company and their functions will help employees to always be clear in who is in charge of what and who they can turn to for each appropriate subject.

    With Organization Chart you will be able to discover “Who’s Who” in your organization, with a hierarchical structure that begins by showing your own location in the company. From there, the organization chart will allow you to browse laterally, up and down while opening the tree with all of its members, their managers and their employees.

    Zyncro Tags – Sort Your Organization’s Knowledge in a Collaborative Way by using Tags

    The ZyncroApp Tags will allow you to structure the knowledge of your organization collaboratively, this is thanks to the tags that the members of your Enterprise Social Network may add to each message they post. With Tags you will be able to find in your Enterprise Social Network relative information of topics that interest you more quickly, detect trends or subject matter within your organization and review the conversation that is generated around them in any given moment.  

    Adding a tag to any message is as simple as typing the “#” symbol, and then the word will serve as a tag within the same message, you can also select and activate the “tags” section in your Zyncro and include the terms that you want to use as tags. Furthermore, by making use of this section, the system will provide tag suggestions, previously used in your Enterprise Social Network, that match the text being typed.

    ZyncroApp Tags

    The tags that the members of your organization use, in time will form a tag cloud that will be displayed in the right sidebar of your Zyncro, and you will be able to classify them into families according to their theme or type.

    In addition, users can subscribe to tags or families that interest them, and so each message labeled with the term to which they have subscribed will be displayed in their Activity Stream (Home section) and, if desired, they will receive a notification that a new message has been posted (options: “Follow” and “Follow and notify”).

    Zyncro Mention – Enrich your Enterprise Social Network conversations 

    Cite other users with Mention in your messages and power collaboration!

    Today, we would like to introduce you to this ZyncroApp with which you will be able to enrich your conversations in your Enterprise Social Network by incorporating those users who are connected to the subject you are talking about.  In this way you can help them discover information in an agile and simple way in which they are interested and could be missing out otherwise.

    With the ZyncroApp Mention you will be able to mention anyone of your Zyncro contacts in messages and comments that you publish in your Enterprise Social Network.

    Mentioning someone is so simple, just type  ‘@’ and continue with the persons’ name whom you would like to mention. Zyncro will suggest a list of contacts whose names or surnames appear with the letters you have written.

    Zyncro Wiki: Create and Edit Content in a Collaborative way in your Enterprise Social Network

    At Zyncro we continue working to provide enterprises with employee participation in the knowledge management of the company. One way of achieving this is by becoming more agile and efficient to create and edit content collaboratively through wiki technology, a feature you can arrange in your Enterprise Social Network starting today, if you have a Business account 😉

    We would like to introduce you to Zyncro Wiki, a new ZyncroApp with which you can create pages of content within groups in your Enterprise Social Network, with html format,  with the ability to structure, edit and navigate, by users in your network, just like a web page.

    In order to start using the application, the Administrator should activate it from the Administration Panel > ZyncroApps.

    Once activated, each group owner will have the option to include a Wiki section within the group that will show up as a new group sub-section in the right hand menu between Tasks and Participants. (More …)

    Zyncro releases app in HootSuite App Directory allowing you to manage internal network alongside external networks
