    Zyncro Mention – Enrich your Enterprise Social Network conversations 

    Cite other users with Mention in your messages and power collaboration!

    Today, we would like to introduce you to this ZyncroApp with which you will be able to enrich your conversations in your Enterprise Social Network by incorporating those users who are connected to the subject you are talking about.  In this way you can help them discover information in an agile and simple way in which they are interested and could be missing out otherwise.

    With the ZyncroApp Mention you will be able to mention anyone of your Zyncro contacts in messages and comments that you publish in your Enterprise Social Network.

    Mentioning someone is so simple, just type  ‘@’ and continue with the persons’ name whom you would like to mention. Zyncro will suggest a list of contacts whose names or surnames appear with the letters you have written.

    Zyncro Wiki: Create and Edit Content in a Collaborative way in your Enterprise Social Network

    At Zyncro we continue working to provide enterprises with employee participation in the knowledge management of the company. One way of achieving this is by becoming more agile and efficient to create and edit content collaboratively through wiki technology, a feature you can arrange in your Enterprise Social Network starting today, if you have a Business account 😉

    We would like to introduce you to Zyncro Wiki, a new ZyncroApp with which you can create pages of content within groups in your Enterprise Social Network, with html format,  with the ability to structure, edit and navigate, by users in your network, just like a web page.

    In order to start using the application, the Administrator should activate it from the Administration Panel > ZyncroApps.

    Once activated, each group owner will have the option to include a Wiki section within the group that will show up as a new group sub-section in the right hand menu between Tasks and Participants. (More …)

    Document management in your organization is now social: Box integrates in Zyncro

    At Zyncro we continue working to become the central platform for accessing knowledge in companies. We already offer two ZyncroApps to faciliate access to organizations’ documentation in the cloud, Dropbox and Google Drive.

    Now we’ve taken things further with the integration of Box, which joins the previous platforms so that your online files are available directly from your Enterprise Social Network, adding a social layer to document management in the cloud.

    Easy, fast access to corporate documents and knowledge is essential for productivity in any company. Organizations nowadays want to have all their documents in the cloud so they can access them from anywhere, at any time, and using any device.

    There are numerous platforms that let companies upload, manage and share documents online and, according to their work processes, each organization uses a different platform.     New Zyncro App for Android. Download it and discover the next mobile generation for your company!

    A look at Zyncro: the first European Enterprise Social Network

Following an interview with Patricia Fernández, VP Marketing at Zyncro, they have performed a case study in which they examine our tool and analyze some of the features that make Zyncro the most flexible Social Business platform on the market.     Companies like Cetelem and Telefonica Latin America are turning to the Spanish enterprise social solution. One of the reasons is Zyncro’s ‘white labeling’ feature which offers seamless branding and customization.

    Launched in Spain in 2009, Zyncro has already reached 250,000 users in 28 nations across Europe, America and Asia, where China is a growing market. Zyncro is used by a big variety of customers in banking and financial services, insurance, retail, hospitality, IT, HR, Public Administration and Healthcare, Engineering and Automotive, and NGO sectors.

    We caught up with Patricia Fernández (pictured right), VP Marketing at Zyncro, to find out more about this innovative ESN, winner of the 2012 EuroCloud award for the best European startup.

    What is different in Zyncro from other ESNs?

    “We consider Zyncro as the most flexible platform in the market. For us it’s really important to adapt to the real needs of the customers so what we offer is a large range of integrations with our competitors, e.g. SharePoint, ERP systems, and with different corporate software solutions. In fact, we are about to launch an integration with Chatter.”
