    Zyncro Mail: add an email manager to your corporate Zyncro

    At Zyncro we understand that email is not only one of the top corporate communication tools, but also one of the most time-consuming tasks each day. That’s why we’ve found a way to optimize email use and make it much easier to manage within a social environment.

    The ZyncroApp adds an email manager to your corporate Zyncro and allows each user to view their inbox and respond (send, reply, forward, mark as spam and delete emails) quickly and easily, without having to sign out of the Enterprise Social Network.

    Thanks to ZyncroMail, your email will be integrated into your work environment and all your corporate knowledge and information will be accessible from the same place.

    How do I start using ZyncroMail?

    To begin, your company administrator must enable the ZyncroApp from the Admin Panel. All users will then have the option of activating it by going to the right-hand menu on their Profile, where they will see the option to configure ZyncroMail.

    One of the most interesting benefits of an Enterprise Social Network is the access it provides to corporate knowledge and to the people you share interests, tasks and projects with. This amplifies shared knowledge improving the team management and productivity of groups and avoiding any duplication of work efforts.

    From today with this ZyncroApp you will be able to recommend users, groups, departments or the companies that you consider the most interesting to any of your contacts, thereby achieving greater interaction among all the members of your community, and thus getting more followers for the most relevant content.

    You can make a recommendation from different sections of the platform:

    • From your contact list, inside your profile section in Zyncro, you can also do it within the user’s profile that you want to recommend. For this, you must follow the user. Suggestionsfromusers1
    • From within the group, just for open groups in which you are a member.
    • From the list of companies or departments, or even from the very same page of the company or department, just if you are a member or a follower. Suggestionsfromusers2

    The recommendation will arrive through a private message to all the contacts you select.

    How does Zyncro’s integration with Lync work?

    To use this integration, you need to have Lync installed on the devices with which users access their corporate Zyncro. To set it up, the organisation’s administrator has to enable this ZyncroApp in the Admin Panel.

    Next, users have to configure it using their Zyncro corporate profile > Contact information. They can do this by entering their Lync username and selecting the “I have Lync client installed” checkbox.

    Bulk User Management: Simplify Your Enterprise Social Network’s Task Management

    At Zyncro we are convinced that an Enterprise Social Network has to adapt itself to the business and the organization. With this new ZyncroApp, we offer a tool for making quick and easy tasks such as adding new employees, replicating the structure of the organization, attributing rights according to the position of the employee, creating working groups, etc.

    How to use the “Bulk User Management” ZyncroApp

    Once the ZyncroApp is activated by the administrator of the network, the button «”Import from CSV”» will automatically appear in the “User Management” section of the administration panel.

    This functionality allows you to fulfill the following operations:

    • Create or delete users
    • Add or remove users from the group
    • Add or remove users from a department
    • Add or remove users from an enterprise
    • Create groups
    • Create departments
    • Create enterprises
    • Activate or deactivate users

    These operations have to be defined in a CSV file. To facilitate this task, we provide the administrator with a CSV template with a document describing where different criteria is met. (More …)

    Zyncro Wiki: Create and Edit Content in a Collaborative way in your Enterprise Social Network

    We would like to introduce you to Zyncro Wiki, a new ZyncroApp with which you can create pages of content within groups in your Enterprise Social Network, with html format,  with the ability to structure, edit and navigate, by users in your network, just like a web page.

    In order to start using the application, the Administrator should activate it from the Administration Panel > ZyncroApps.

    At Zyncro we continue working to become the central platform for accessing knowledge in companies. We already offer two ZyncroApps to faciliate access to organizations’ documentation in the cloud, Dropbox and Google Drive.

    Now we’ve taken things further with the integration of Box, which joins the previous platforms so that your online files are available directly from your Enterprise Social Network, adding a social layer to document management in the cloud.

    Easy, fast access to corporate documents and knowledge is essential for productivity in any company. Organizations nowadays want to have all their documents in the cloud so they can access them from anywhere, at any time, and using any device.
