“Your success is my success…” This is business 2.0
Estimated reading time: 5 minutes
A few weeks ago we had some good news from Didac Lee, Founder and CEO of the technology group Inspirit. We were finalists in the Entrepreneur category for the annual prize awarded by the Entrepreneur Magazine.
For those of you who do not know him, Didac Lee is a devoted entrepreneur who currently has an active role within a wide range of technological companies (some of these have been founded by him) such as:
- Zyncro: Corporate Social Network
- Hotelerum: reservation improvement system for hotels
- GooTaxi: mobile app for requesting a taxi by using your smartphone
- Matrix: automatic web positioning system
- Spamina: antispam solution
- Conzentra: technology consulting
- The Etailers, Actigreen or TradeINN.com: different e-commerce businesses
We believe he is Zyncro’s and many other companies’ “alma mater” because throughout his career Didac Lee has had so many truly good ideas where technology can be applied to business.
Now Zyncro is led by Lluis Font who has been our CEO since September 2010 so now as well as having a “mater”, we also have a “pater” who guides us and teaches us to make tiny companies into very large ones.
Both of them are vey well known within business and technology but it is not just they who have a “well known name”. Each of our team members are developing their digital reputation or their personal branding in their own way which helps Zyncro as much as the people it is made up of. Just take a look at the profiles of Ana Fernández, Agustin Bosso… or even my own, Patricia Fernández Carrelo
Didac Lee wrote “Your success is our success” on our corporate wall not so long ago when we told him that we had voted for him. And your success is our success Didac! If you win, we do too, as we would if Luis, Ana, Agustin… or Patricia should.
This is business 2.0, where people are known by their full names, by their websites, their powerful Twitter accounts and their numerous LinkedIn contacts… They belong to a company and work as a group but they also have their own reputation and prestige as individuals.
So going back to what we were saying, we would like to invite all of our blog readers and all of those who have a Corporate Social Networks, those who reserve taxis using their mobiles, those who book hotel rooms via their websites, or those who use antispam tools… to vote for Didac, because directly or indirectly (you may have tried the competition but you can still help… because it will help us grow!) you will have taken part in his entrepreneurial activities.
You can read the Interview published in the Entrepreneur Magazine here so that you can get to know him a little better.
And here you can vote for the candidates in the different areas.
